Reminiscent of the Engineer in Team Fortress, this guy can drop stationary turrets, land mines, barbed wire and all sorts of cool Engineery stuff. He can also pop a cap in your #$%* with his trusty rifle, from the farthest distance of any ranged class I've played yet, if specialized to get the Snipe ability. The Engineer has pretty good survivability for a ranged dps class, I found barbed wire to be a life saver. He's also great when you can find some high ground and get set up to try and pick people off.
