Mr. Sinclair admitted that he is a "former recreational drug user and trafficker, a convicted felon for crimes of forgery, bad checks and theft of checks." And, that he has been "convicted and served time in prison," for various criminal offenses committed over the years between 1980 and 1986, "in Arizona, Florida and Colorado."
